“Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses visual and tactile media as a means of self expression and communication. Art therapists aim to support people of all ages and abilities and at all stages of life, to discover an outlet for often complex and confusing feelings, and foster self awareness and growth.”

British Association of Art Therapists 2023

Using art as a therapeutic outlet can help individuals manage and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, providing a non-verbal way to express and explore emotions. Art can be a powerful tool for processing and healing from traumatic experiences by assisting individuals in navigating the complex emotions associated with an array of difficulties in a non-judgmental space.

As a sculptor myself, I understand the power of the creative process in helping people to uncover their deepest feelings and emotions, and to reveal what is not easy to put into words. I passionately enjoy helping people to experience the freedom to explore their inner world through creative means.
