I work with a psychodynamic approach which facilitates a creative process to help clients gain insight into unconscious processes, resolve internal conflicts, and develop a more profound understanding of themselves for lasting positive change. I am a trained art psychotherapist, but I am equally comfortable with talking-therapy. I tailor my methods to suit the unique needs of each person, fostering personal growth, insight, and resilience.
Using art as a therapeutic outlet can help individuals manage and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, providing a non-verbal way to express and explore emotions. Art can be a powerful tool for processing and healing from traumatic experiences by assisting individuals in navigating the complex emotions associated with an array of difficulties, in a non-judgmental space.
